SoPheRe brings you knowledge of rare topics in advanced philosophy. Every year, we publish new research in open-access journals, working hard on and succeeding in fee waivers for authors. Annual conferences we organize on the topics of the phenomenology of religious experience are offered at a very low cost to participants and speakers. We keep our student membership free of charge. We organize annual panels at the American Philosophical Association, providing important career opportunities for students.
Our member community never stops discovering and learning. Our efforts are truly pioneering, and many in philosophy now follow in our footsteps. All of us volunteer our time and expertise and often contribute personal funds to SoPheRe because we love what we do. Our main means of support come from member contributions.
