From Felix o’Murchadha, Oct 28, 2022: “This week I spoke with Stefan Bergh who is an archaeologist at the University of Galway with special expertise on passage tombs in Sligo. He is very enthusiastic about being involved – he will give a talk and guide us through the sites. He explained to me that he and others are working on a bid to have passage tombs in Sligo declared a UNESCO heritage site. He explained that this site manifests the questions we will be dealing with in a unique way.”
